Mputsu Farming and Tourism Investment (Pty) Ltd (“Hereafter Mputsu FTI”) is a special purpose vehicle established in 2020 by Mputsu Investment Holdings (Pty) Ltd (“Hereafter Mputsu”) with the sole purpose of acquiring its farming and tourism assets in order to develop the Koedoesfontein Farm project through the assistance of the Department of Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development and the Landbank.
